Unless otherwise agreed in writing, creative deliverables paid in full become yours for use in line with the project scope. Our internal processes, templates, and methodologies remain our property.
Digital Ink Advertising LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including changes in ad platform performance, audience behavior, or market conditions beyond our reasonable control.
